Authentication Devices Manager

InfoSERVER introduces OTPCenter, a solution developed to manage authentication devices, such as display cards, cellular tokens, physical tokens and USB tokens, smart cards and biometric systems. Unlike the existing traditional validators based on proprietary models, the solution, which is supported by OATH (The Initiative for Open Authentication), a global infrastructure standard for strong authentication that provides for a high ROI, allows for freedom and flexibility for the negotiation, implementation and management of new devices, regardless of patent.

 

Suitable for all industry segments, OTPCenter is available for Java, Microsoft or Mainframe platforms. It also distinguishes itself by the simultaneous administration of the many types of authentications already available in the market, by managing, validating and distributing temporary passwords to devices. Furthermore, it provides management decentralization and segregation based on features according to the user profile and several administrative resources that enable seeds import from different types of tokens, association with users, utilization reports, access logins, frequency, etc.

InfoSERVER strong authentication methods

OTPCenter works in line with the best kind of authentication for your business. There are five methods that include from temporary passwords validated through the system to challenges that prompt the user to return a valid answer-password through the cell phone in order to validate the operation.

Authentication methods
Time Passwords generated in the device are valid for a pre-defined period of time
Event The system generates temporary passwords upon clients' request
SMS Real-time unique password or numeric code table generated and submitted to the client's cell phone according to a schedule
Challenge/Response The channel provides a code during the transaction (challenge), then it is informed through the cell phone, which replies with another code (response) to be entered again in the operation channel
(X.509) Digital Certificate In addition to generating passwords, it offers the digital signature feature with the X.509 certificate, including ICP-Brasil
