Moinho Cruzeiro do Sul improves Segment: Nourishing Developed by InfoSERVER, HDS (Help Desk Solution), a solution. Net was implanted having reduced expenditures and improving the quality in the attendance of the area of Information Technology (IT) to the users of the company. Among the functionalities of the solution, the resources can be used of independent form between the internal and external professionals. The request can directly be done through by phone call to the team of the Help Desk or by Web. The support teams can still use a device as Handheld or PDA to verify any order that has been sent. When identifying the area with problems and the type of demand (such as server fail, station of work or software/hardware), the HDS can send an enabled technician to solve the problem, measuring and prioritizing the attendance.
